·Details on the artist - The artist is Slinkachu, male, 28year old, born in Devon in 1979 and now lives in the London, UK -  'Little People Project' started in 2006, he has had 24 shows which contains groupwork and solowork.

· A brief introduction on how these pictures might have been taken including macro photography - It involves the remodelling and painting of miniature model train set characters, which I then place and leave on the street. http://slinkachu.com/little-people

The Decisive Moment

Decisive moments.
 A decisive moment is something different, something uniq, something that is made with time and effort.
It's a picture which is taking perfectly. 
Once you take a picture, you wont be able to change it.
If it's a minute after or before, it is still not the same image.
It's all about waiting for the right time to take a picture.

Macro Photography

Todays lesson was based on.

How to use Macro on a camera.

We had to take pictures by using the setting Macro (It is symbolised as a Flower).
When you take pictures by using the Macro, it takes the object and puts it in a sharper focus.
Here are some examples;

 Water on the cd creates a great picture of the drops of water, Close-up.

Photo Notes. Lesson 2.

Understanding the focus.
- 1. Subject.
- 2. Light reflecting from the subject.
- 3. Lens correctly focused.
- 4. Light refracted by lens onto sensor.

Shutter speed.
How fast the shutter opens and closes to let light into the camera.
1/250th of a second is fast. You use it in light conditions.
1/30th of a second is slow. You use it for in dark conditions. 

Aperture.
How big the opening of the lens is to let light in.
f/2.1 is a large opening of the lens.
f/22 is a small opening of the lens.
 Higher the F number is the larger the dept of field is.

The smaller number there is the bigger the hole gets.
